We  accept payment arrangements, tuition reimbursement, and WorkOne vouchers QUALIFICATIONS:( THESE ARE REQUIRE BY THE STATE OF INDIANA FOR ALL QMA PROGRAMS) MUST be a CNA w/ 1000 hours worked in the last 24 months as a CNA be 18 years of age have a high school diploma or GED pass a background check successfully pass a math & reading test must attend all classes NEXT STEPS: Entrance exam- to begin the process you must take a math & reading test on-site & pay the $200.00 non-refundable registration fee. These tests are administered every Tues & Thurs. from 10A to 2P.
