Minor finishes and installs are needed at a commercial building that's newly renovated. Looking for a handyman that is capable of completing at least half of the items needed below: - Replace downspouts (see photo) - Apply 12x24 to building facade (see photo of red backer board around the door) - Use self leveling concrete to make a smooth ramp - Patch up concrete cracks, gaps, holes, etc. - Install cable railing - Install sliding garage gate motor - Install new water heater (plumbing is ready) - Patch roof leaks - Split 220v outlets into 2x 110v outlets - Attach 12v LED signage to walls - Install door handle, deadbolt, fix misaligned door and adjust door tensioner - Attach LED lights to building facade More tasks and regular maintenance will be needed.
