If you are an experienced, driven events media person looking to have a rewarding experience working at a conference, this gig is for you! We are in need of a Media Assistant to work one day at a conference our company is attending as an exhibitor. You will assist the Marketing Team with acquiring media throughout the day including: (1) working with photographer and videographer to ensure they get the right images, (2) assist with livestream events (we will have 2 events livestreamed on Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) (3) posting to social media (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok), and (4) ensuring event attendees can find our booth and workshops This event is taking place at the George R. Brown Convention Center so be prepared to be active and on the move all over the event space. This is for one day (March 31), 8AM-4PM.
