The Renovation Technician at COe Renovation provides support and is accountable for delivering our commitments to ownership. You will be responsible for performing exterior and interior repairs within our properties. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and has experience in all trades, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. This position will require travel between job sites in Phoenix, so it's a great fit for someone who likes to be on the go! Our company has a very fun culture and need you to be part of the Team! Exciting Benefits and Pay: $18-$22 per hour Education and General Requested Requirements -High School Diploma or Equivalent. -Experience in the Residential Maintenance field. -Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, handyman, HVAC. -Organized and punctual. -Must be able to work efficiently under pressure. -Must be able to multitask and work independently. -Needs to be able to work strongly with a team. - -Candidate needs reliable transportation and a working phone that has Internet access.
