Painters or Laborers for Apartment Turns

We are a property management company looking for a few part-time/temporary painters or general laborers to work on unit turns at the end of May. We are particularly looking for people with availability during the week of 5/26/22 to 6/1/22. In addition, we may have a few projects between now and May 26th to get started on. We are primarily looking for anyone who can do work such as painting and patching walls and possibly cleaning out items left in rental units. All ranges of skills will be considered, and if you're interested in getting into the maintenance field this is a great opportunity to get started! Requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle to use to get to job sites. Hours: Must have availability for at least 5 days between 5/26/22 and 6/1/22 (6-8 hours per day). Additional work nay be scheduled between now and May 26th, but is more flexible in the scheduling. Compensation: The rate will range from $15-$20/hour based on skills and experience.
