Description

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for putting together parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. Verify the correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items, manage parts inventory and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures. Experience required, but will train if the person has experience with Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and part lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassembly. Verify specifications by measuring completed component Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Must be able to work Mon thru Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
