Shake off the winter blues and come bloom with us as we gather in community for this fun event focusing on growing new wellness strategies! You're not going to want to miss this event! Come join us as we gather to celebrate community and explore optimal health & wellness through chiropractic, massage, and mental health counseling with a focus in wilderness rites of passage. Dr. Elaine Faverey, DC; Gretchen Hingley, MS; and Suzie Kelley, LMT are teaming up to share their gifts on how to prioritize healing of the mind, body, and spirit from the inside out! Let's learn new strategies together, as each will share new ways to integrate nourishing practices that will support a healthy lifestyle. The first hour will be a free flow where attendees will be able to mingle with Gretchen, Suzie and Dr. Elaine; while receiving complementary posture photos, 5 minute chair massages, and smudging. The second hour will be dedicated to 20 minute segments, where each will lead a short discussion on their particular field of mind/body care. There will be samples of a new local kombucha, called Kinergy Kombucha; and healthy snacks, including superfood energy bites crafted by a local nutritionist. You'll want to stay until the end when there will be some exciting raffles to win! Let's bloom together this spring, as we put a spotlight on health & wellness, and all these amazing local women sharing their gifts at this event!
