Your emotional well being is important to being able to cope with challenges,
as well as experience life's joys. We can feel our emotions without letting
them run the show in our lives.
In this workshop, we will explore what that looks like and how to grow in our relationship with our emotions.
In this 4 week series, each week we will focus on a different layer of emotional health and well-being. Each week builds on the subject from the week prior, so we can work on laying solid foundations for our emotional health.
