Market Managers help maintain, train and teach new production strategies and market management to all local Territory Supervisors. Market Managers restructure, open and stabilize the market. MMs will hire, train and recruit new teammates in all fields of the company. MMs help and assist when a Market is new, growing or struggling. The ideal candidate for this position: •Must have at least 2 years management experience and be willing to travel. •Must be extremely organized and self motivated •Must be responsible and honest •Must be drug free •Must have an excellent driving record •Must have no Felonies on their background •Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays •Bilingual (Spanish and English is a plus but not required) What we do: We specialize in Auto Dealership makeready business, Body Shop staffing and cleaning, and Express Car Washes.
