Full-Time floor installer/refinisher with 1-3 years’ experience Or, laborer who is eager to learn a trade Compensation: $16-35/per hour (based on previous experience level) About ECO ECO Floor Sanding is a well-established flooring company with a record of providing the best products and services to our customers. We are looking for experienced and energetic installers/refinishers and laborers to join our team. Our Work Join our team to work with exceptional hardwood, engineered, and laminate products, and stains and finishes. If you have prior experience with carpets, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and vinyl composite tile (VCT), we could utilize these skills as well. Workers must: Have pride in own work | Be self-motivated | Pay attention to detail | Possess common sense approach to problem-solving and escalating issues to the owner Job requirements: - Ready to learn and follow through on ECO’s standards for product & service delivery - Have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record - Authorized to work in the U.S. - Begin & end each day in Waltham - Work overtime as sometimes required
