Property Management Company seeks an experienced superintendent for residential property in Brooklyn. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience relating to superintended and/or handyman duties in residential rental properties. The right person is responsible to ensure building is kept in pristine condition and to deliver excellent service to the tenants. Duties are, but not limited to: Cleaning and performing touch-ups in the common areas Garbage removal and recycling Tenant's repair/maintenance issues Oversee building's heating system, roof, etc. Correspond with Property management Superintendent must be available to respond to after hour and/or weekend emergencies at the building Must be able to effectively communicate, resolve issues and deliver excellent tenants service Please reply to this ad with resume and cover letter.
