Looking for a caring home for 2 pretty good dogs. No fee but must be a safe environment. Ok if only interested in one of the two, though they get along well. Catahoula's name is Allie. She is about 60 pounds. She is five and was a rescue that has really came a long way improving her behavior since we have had her. Does get overly excited in public when other dogs are around. She is not aggressive but cautious. Pulls on a leash so we use a harness for anything other then a short trip. House broken and crate trained. Loving and a little bit needy. Good watch dog, barks at anything that comes around. Can be a cry baby at times. Minds well unless over stimulated. Kelpie's name is Banjo. He is 5 and also a rescue. Banjo weighs about 40 pounds. Doesn't bark much. He is house broken and crate trained as well. Pulls on a leash and hates to be tethered so he has a choke collar, we use a harness for long walks. He is a runner though and very stubborn if he gets away. This can be a problem if he gets off his tether. Not aggressive but refuses to come when free. Chases squirrels and kills chickens so he is probably not suitable for farm life. Minds very well in doors or leashed Both are good around children and healthy happy dogs. We have had some major changes in our home and with our work schedules since we got them and now we just can't give them the attention they deserve. We would love to find caring new families to enjoy their company.
