This ticket price also includes a 4oz Spearmint Lemongrass & Himalayan Pink Salt Soap Bar. What to bring: - Blanket ( reclining chairs will be available for attendees ) If you'd prefer to lie on the floor please bring a pillow, extra blanket, & yoga mat. - Openness to the experience -A bottle of water More information regarding the event: Doors will close PROMPTLY at the scheduled start time. No entry after start time. In order to ensure entry, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. A bathroom is available onsite. There is free street parking directly in front of the building. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses healing vibrations from a variety of instruments, including, but not limited to gongs, chimes, & Tibetan, or crystal bowls to relax your mind & body and guide you into a relaxed brain state (alpha/theta). It aids the body in reaching homeostasis where the physical body can focus on healing from the inside-out. A sound session or "sound bath" is referred to as such, because of the feeling of being bathed by sound....an experience that you must feel to truly believe. Regarding refunds: No Refunds all sales final. If you need to transfer a ticket to another party, you must text or email me 72 hours before the event with their name so that I can bring a disclaimer form for the participant. No transfers within 72 hours of the event start time.
