Georgetown University is currently seeking suppliers for upcoming capital projects! Georgetown University's Department of Planning and Facilities Management would like to invite you to attend our upcoming Supplier Fair on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Healy Family Student Center, 3700 Tondorf Rd. Washington, D.C. 20007. The goal of the event is to inform suppliers that provide architectural, engineering, and related construction services about the process to become GU registered suppliers. Various university departments will be available to discuss the vendor process and upcoming pipeline projects on GU’s campuses. 10am – Vendor Check-in Begins 10:30am – Presentation 10am – 2pm Hor d’oeuvres to be served 12:30pm – Presentation 2pm Event Ends Hor d’oeuvres and beverages will be served including vegetarian options. Space is limited due to COVID safety protocols*. If you are planning on attending our supplier fair, please RSVP here by 5 p.m. on Friday April 8, 2022. We will follow-up with a request for specific time of arrival. Options: 10am - 12pm and 12pm - 2pm *As of October 25, 2021, Georgetown Univeristy is requiring all visitors to Georgetown University-owned or operated buildings in the Washington, DC, region to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or to attest to having a medical or religious exemption from being vaccinated.
