Heritage Stables is hiring a part time groom. We are a professional training facility with 25 Hackney ponies and American Saddlebreds and are in need of a LONG TERM team member! Responsibilities include: -stall cleaning -grooming horses -clipping -putting tack on horses -toweling horses -handling horses -general farm clean up Position Offers: -$13 an hour -Opportunity to go full-time after April -Work with kind and generous people Hours are: M, T, W, F 6am-2pm and sometimes weekends when we are on the road at horse shows Opportunity to make a lot of extra money by staying home while we are on the road at horse shows and getting tipped extremely well for keeping all in good order. -Prior horse experience is a MUST -Prefer prior experience with show horses -Must have transportation -Must show up for work everyday -Must love horses and take pride in their work -Must have integrity and follow through Please do not apply if you are looking for short term work or if you tend to call off.
