Dick WeissmanDick Weissman has had a long and colorful career as a banjoist and guitarist, performer, member of the legendary folk-pop group the Journeymen. He has written songs for such disparate artists as Judy Collins, Merv Griffin, Lothar & the Hand People and Carly and Lucy Simon. He has played on/or produced dozens of recordings in numerous musical styles, and his original music has been featured on NBC, BBC, and in several documentary films. Pete WernickPete Wernick is renowned worldwide for his accomplishments and contributions to bluegrass music: the hot-picking force in several trend-setting bands including Hot Rize, innovative teacher and author, songwriter, and long-term President of the International Bluegrass Music Association. Joan WernickJoan, also known to music fans as “Nondi”, has sung with various groups in Colorado and hosted a bluegrass radio show on KGNU Boulder since 1978. Her natural sparkle and the couple’s on-stage repartee adds an extra dimension to their duet performances.
