The Chamber Music Society of Greater Denver presents Romancing the Notes. Led by artistic director Laura Schulkind, the Chamber Music Society of Greater Denver presents the quintessential composers of the romantic and bel canto eras in Romancing the Notes, featuring the music of Chopin, Schuman, Bellini, Schubert, Brahms, Strauss, and more. Selections will be performed by the Chamber Music Society in groupings of strings, woodwinds, and voice and feature musicians from the ensemble's previous performances. The Chamber Music Society of Greater Denver has raised awareness and appreciation of chamber music through annual series of concerts that feature both contemporary and traditional compositions that celebrate the depth and diversity of repertoire written for chamber groups.
