Hello/ Hey, I hope your having a Great day. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am wanting to buy a house. Honestly, I am not sure where to even begin. I am an older Single Mom of 3 looking to preferably buy a house in a decent area. I have been looking in different locations, Davidson, Arcadia, Midway, Welcome, Kernersville, and the Walkertown areas. I am trying my best not to let the anxiety get the best of me but after looking at how much housing and renting cost these days, it is a lot scary. I have never bought a house before, but I am will to learn if someone with that experience is willing to help and guide me through it. Foreclosures, rent to own, fixer uppers, handy man specials are all fine with me. I just want to buy my own house with the lowest monthly mortgage payment I can get. FHA and all the other lenders like that are Ok with me as well. I just need to know where to start and how to begin the process. This is a great need for me and my family.
