floating maintenance/handy person and/or tech help for retail store

Description

Hi. I have a retail store in Brooklyn, and I'm looking for a person experienced in maintenance to help me with a few projects. Not looking for a permanent person, just someone who is available on an as-needed basis, paid by the hour, who can help me with any or all of the following (I'm ok with hiring more than one person, each of whom can do some, but not all, of the below), or who can research/supervise vendors/contractors performing the following: 1) painting (the retail area of my store, as well as the basement) 2) I have a raw concrete floor and I'd like it to be sealed/finished 3) cleaning: sweeping, cleaning of bathrooms 4) pigeon management: my store basement exits onto two airshafts. When it rains heavily, sometimes water gets onto the basement floor, and despite fans and a dehumidifier, it can sometimes take some time before the water dries out, which creates a risk of mold. I can't currently open the airshaft doors to help ventilate, because pigeons roost in both airshafts. At the very least, I need someone who is not squeamish to periodically power-wash the ground level of the two airshafts so the drainage isn't blocked. But ideally, I'd like to install some kind of netting, repellant or deterrent that will help keep the pigeons away. This may or may not involve communicating with the building management of the adjacent buildings, because we share these airshafts with them. 5) the tree pit outside my store needs cleanup. I may want to plant some plants or flowering plants out there. I know it's probably different knowledge base, but I also need some tech/appliance help: 1) I'd like to buy a new copy machine in the retail area, and will need it networked with my registers/point of sale machine. I may also need a laptop set up so customers can print from the laptop, and software downloaded so they may be charged for the laptop use as well as the copies they print. 2) I'd like to set up a TV screen near where my customers wait, to display slides with information about the services and products we sell. 3) I have an air filter downstairs. Do the screens need to be cleaned or replaced? Please let me know, if you respond, if you have experience with any of the specific tasks above. I'm ok with hiring someone to help with some of them, if they're not experienced with all of them. Thank you!
