FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ — A motor vehicle crash with injuries is blocking two lanes of Route 9 south at Route 537 in Freehold Township on Thursday, authorities said. The state Department of Transportation said the partial closure is causing 5- to 10-minute delays for motorists in the area.
