Our company is seeking a lead mechanic/operations supervisor to assist our renewable energy operations. This job has flexible hours and requires that the applicant be self-sufficient and independent. Duties include upkeep of the plants, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with supervisors when large capital projects need to be completed. Light travel is required with a day or two of overnight travel per month. An ideal candidate has mechanical experience in repairing machines, hydraulic pump systems, generators, or turbines. An ideal candidate can manage a group of mechanics/contractors through large projects and can assign tasks as needed No need to have experience in all, but a willingness to learn and to train into new skill sets is required.
