Need a Handy Person/ Property Manager/ Personal Assistant to help with general tasks related to rental properties, a small business and personal/ admiistrative support. Skills that would be helpful (but not all absolutely necessary): basic computer skills, basic handyman skills, property management experience (turning over apartments, changing locks, small repairs, etc.) Ability to work independently. Must be ethical, reliable, and local to New Beford. Must have excellent references. Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred). Must be drug free. Must have flexibility with hours (help with occasional emergencie/ fixes outside normal hours). Looking for. a team-player with a good attitude who wants to be helpful.
