Multi-use sporting complex concept looking for investor and referrals

The Inland Inline Roller Hockey League and Inland Marketing concept groups are looking to partnership with an investor and/or private land owner or maybe a local church organization to implement, create and build either a fully encompassed or partly covered 'multi-sports complex' in the Greater CdA/Rathdrum area. This concept facility would assemble by acquiring land to place a polished concrete base flooring with possibly a 'sport court' covering that's similar to the size of an ice hockey rink and add dasher boards with netting or glass and at least partially covered from the elements to house events and hopefully be sheltered with any assortment of possible encasement. This facility could accommodate a variety of sporting activities and events such as roller hockey, roller derby, speed skating, public sessions, indoor lacrosse, volleyball, dodge ball, craft bizarres, small trade shows, etc. There would be an emphasis on after school Youth participation and development activities with volunteers and coaches to occupy Youth bused from schools until parents pick up, similar to a Boys & Girls Club. Facility hourly profits could range from min $200 to $500 per hour+ depending on participation of said event with little overhead or staff required and operation hours from early morning to late evening as demanded or available. Parking, restrooms and running water, plus a few outbuildings should be considered in the initial basic concept.
