In this class, cocktail and spirits enthusiasts Evan Christie and Nick Wheeler will lead you on a collaborative experience of crafting entirely new cocktails. Think of this class as an exercise in cocktail improvisation, where audience participation is key. Mixologists will work collaboratively with the attendees and each other, taking suggestions for spirits, modifiers, and formats, progressively taking off the training wheels, until the class feel confident in their skills to craft tasty cocktails themselves.
