NOW HIRING - National Market Managers We are a National Car Detail and Cleaning Specialists Company in search of experienced National Car Wash Market Managers. National Market Managers to travel state to state visiting all IDS markets to help maintain, train and teach new production strategies and market management to all local Regional Managers and Territory Supervisors. National Market Managers restructure, open and stabilize new markets throughout the country. NMMs will hire, train and recruit new teammates in all fields of the company. NMMs help and assist when a Market is new, growing or struggling. If you love traveling, this opportunity is perfect for you. The ideal candidate for this position: •Must have at least 2 years management experience and be willing to travel. •Must be extremely organized and self motivated •Must be responsible and honest •Must be drug free •Must have an excellent driving record •Must have no Felonies on their background •Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays •Bilingual (Spanish and English is a plus but not required) What we do: We specialize in Auto Dealership makeready business, Body Shop staffing and cleaning, and Express Car Washes. Having B2B experience is a huge plus.
