Poor Abandoned Puppy

This puppy came to my door at random about an hour ago! He/she is very well behaved, such a sweetheart, and desperately wants to be around a human and in a home. I have two cats and can't keep it. Please someone adopt this dog : ( they were clearly abandoned. I don't have a vehicle so you would have to pick him up. I'm putting a $25 rehoming fee, but if you are a rescuer or dog enthusiast please let me know in an email and I will waive the fee.
