A self-defense class helps you learn new techniques and new physical abilities along with various methods of tackling situation and much more that helps build inner confidence. Simply, the notion or the idea of being able to defend or protect yourself in any kind of situation can make you feel confidence without fail. This event is FREE to all. Must RSVP.
