Join us for a night of R&B and original Neo Soul tunes by Austin's premier artists Dionysus Henderson, Ivy Roots and Chloe Youtsey! 15% percent of all ticket sales will be donated to the United Methodist Committee on Relief to aid those suffering in the current Ukraine conflict. Traditions 2.0 is a continuation of the first ever Traditions show back in July 2019. A concert comprised of local music artists from a myriad of ethnic backgrounds, coming together to showcase their musical talents and original compositions as a cohesive ensemble. We are honored to be able to continue the "tradition" after over two years of pandemic life! Kenny Dorham's Backyard is an open sky venue however face-masks and social distancing is still encouraged. Required for non-vaccinated patrons. Enjoy homestyle Soul-food, Tacos or Vegan friendly eats from food trucks in the courtyard before or during performances. Feel free to bring your own lawn chairs as provided seating will be limited and used on a first come first serve basis. Parking for the event is free and will be accessible from Juniper St. One block north of 11th St. For those patrons who wish to stay in the safety of their home amid the fluctuating COVID numbers and stages in Austin and for our friends from out of town, we are providing a premium live-stream of the event so that all who wish to attend may do so safely.
