Lassen Chapter of the California Native Plant Society in cooperation with Altacal Audubon Society’s Certified Neighborhood Habitat Program. 9:30 to noon and 12:30 to 3:30: Visit Chico home gardens featuring beautiful native plants of our region; landscape choices that conserve water; lawn replacement ideas and methods; and habitat creation techniques to support birds, bees, and butterflies. 3:30 - 5:30 Tour Wrap up at the gardens at the Gateway Science Museum.
