Get help to quit smoking for the last time at this free seminar ! Only cost is $10 for a booklet and handout information. All seven meetings, March 14-17 and March 21, 22, and 24, will be held at the Springbrook Wellness Center (big blue roof), 220 Associates Blvd., 2nd Floor Conference Room from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm.
