Community Event! Strength workout, injury prevention, and performance for lifestyle! Join Julie Harrison, fitness and health coach, and Charlotte Walters, physical therapist and functional nutrition coach as we focus on upper body and core strength. We will discuss why upper strength is so important when it comes to preventing neck pain and even headaches. We will also learn how prevent or resolve soreness or even achy joints by specific nutritional tips. Let's kick off spring together! Please stay for a bit afterwards, grab some coffee from JOMO and enjoy COMMUNITY! Bring a friend (who will keep you accountable), a mat, exercise bands and a set of dumbbells.
