In today's world, we can be bombarded with stressors, small to large: living through a pandemic, local and national strife, and the challenges of our everyday lives. We will be acknowledging the many factors of stress in our world, examining what it means by burnout, and applying practical strategies to bloom amongst the hard.
Join Stephanie Barcusa and Tiffany Sweeney, both professionals with extensive experience in the fields of psychology and mental health, to address positive approaches to working through the daily difficulties we face both professional and personally. This session is timely and applicable to all.
