An International leader in home services industry is seeking several candidates for Lead Technician in Training. The LTIT will be responsible for the following daily: Full Operational support within all complementary and direct companies, to include but not limited to: 1. Properly mitigate and manage mitigation crews to remove all contaminants from homes/businesses to include Fire, Water, Environmental, and Biological Contaminants 2. Properly support Reconstruction efforts and assist in those efforts when necessary 3. Capable of displaying EMPATHY towards Southern Arizona families’ predicaments 4. Full integration in Operations and continually work with General Manager from a ‘begin to end’ project perspective 5. Able to scientifically articulate Company processes that are of core value to our clients (Training will cover this) This is: Full-time and many opportunities for Over-time Hourly compensation based on strength of applicant, experience, and Work history.
