"Shake, Rattle and Roll with Elvis Fest" Presented by Lucia Randle and Dalton Russell <img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; "Shake, Rattle and Roll with Elvis Fest" Presented by Lucia Randle and Dalton RussellLucia Randle started her new role as Executive Director of Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association in October 2021. Lucia has 30-plus years of experience and knowledge in marketing and advertising, promotions and special events. Her work includes positions with WTVA Television, R.W. Reed Company, Inc., Boys & Girls Clubs of North Mississippi, and most recently as Communications Director for the City of Tupelo. A native of Fulton, Lucia received her education at Itawamba Community College and Louisiana State University. A longtime member of our community, Lucia has volunteered in numerous non-profit organizations in Tupelo including Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association Board of Directors since 2007, serving as past president of the association. Dalton Russell serves as the Coordinator of Marketing, Sponsorship, and Membership with the Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association and has been with the organization since 2018. He first volunteered for the Tupelo Elvis Festival in 2017 and has been taking care of business ever since or "TCB" as Elvis would say. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre from The University of Southern Mississippi in December of 2015 and can oftentimes be seen volunteering at Tupelo Community Theatre both on and off stage.
