Full Job Description Work Week: Monday- Thursday Possibility of Friday Overtime. 7AM - 5PM 40 Hour Week $14.00 Per Hour Would you like to work with Cannabis? APPLY TODAY! POSITION SUMMARY The Cultivation Technician will be responsible to facilitate daily operations of growth and harvest, including the consistent monitoring of cultivation room environments, plant health, watering, integrated pest management, cloning, pruning, transplanting and other related activities. Cultivators will possess the capacity to be trained on SOPs with the ability to follow those tasks accordingly in a repetitive production environment. Cultivators will ensure tasks are being performed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with all current cultivation SOP's. Cultivators are responsible for following daily operations schedule in cultivation, including processes and procedures within propagation, vegetation, flowering, and the post-harvest phases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. 2. Tracking supply and material usage for inventory control. 3. Completing daily schedule objectives accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Keeping accurate records of environment data and plant development, records of plant inventory, including strain names, plant tag numbers, and counts. Position Cultivation Technician I Greenhouse Level A Status Temporary 5. Applying and tracking regimen of feed, moisture, and protection. 6. Maintaining all cycle tasks, including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, and inspecting plants for health and growth status. 7. Maintaining Mother plants according to SOP for propagation. 8. Transplanting and training young plants for vegetation. 9. Knowledgeable in plant care techniques Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, and relevant treatments. 10. Analytical skills to inspect plants and monitor processes. 11.
