Nourish your mind and body! Practice will begin with breathing awareness and soft & simple yoga movements.
Next we will move into deeply restful Yoga Nidra accompanied by vibrational sound. This immersive and rejuvenating journey includes gentle & intermittent verbal guidance, Sanskrit chant, drums, gong, chimes, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and more.
Gentle awakening mobilizations will conclude the practice.
This practice will leave you feeling connected, grounded, and restored.
