Re-homming German Shepherd

I’m fostering a 2/3 year old German Shepherd, we took him in because he was currently in a bad situation. He was very skinny which led us to believe he either wasn’t being fed or was so depressed he wasn’t eating. However I’ve never had trouble getting him to eat, even from the first night and he’s gaining weight steadily. He’s a sweet boy who loves to play, he’s very high energy but is partially trained. He plays fetch and will lay down but he hasn’t quite figured out rolling over yet. He was supposed to have been re-homed by now but that fell through and im not able to care for him any longer so im looking to find him his forever home. Ideally would be if whoever is wanting to adopt him could meet him and see if it's a good fit. Not real sure how he is around kids and other pets the few times he has been around them he seemed to be fine. If you have any questions please let me know. Small rehomming fee of $50 to make sure he goes to a good home.
