Spruce Services and Solutions General Laborer FULL-TIME $18/hr, plus $500 new hire bonus 9 Ramseur Court, Greenville, SC 29607 Duties include: - Efficiently work in a crew of two to three, doing your part to ensure that all SPRUCE standard operating procedures are followed. - Assisting Crew Leader in timely arrival and completion of all scheduled work each day. - Assisting Crew Leader in appropriate load-out of work vehicle(s) each day. - Looking for opportunities to increase daily revenue through simple up-sells and additional scheduled work (when ahead of schedule), under the direction of the Crew Leader. - Doing your part to help your team meet revenue targets each day ○ Minimum $[500]/technician per day for [W.C., G.C.] ○ Minimum $[900]]/technician per day for [S.W., R.W] - Ensuring that all of your personal work meets or exceeds SPRUCE’s quality standards. - Doing your part to ensure that each customer is extremely pleased with the experience. - Follow all standard operating procedures and customer service principles at all times. - Conducting yourself in a professional and pleasant manner at all times - Doing your part to make sure all equipment is loaded up and accounted for before leaving the shop or a job site. - Ensuring that you follow all SPRUCE standard operating procedures to the letter - Fulfilling assignments given to you by the Operations Manager and Crew Leader such as the Vehicle Load Out Checklist and the Vehicle Appearance Checklist. - Looking for opportunities to assist your Crew Leader by working independently and taking initiative. - Working to improve your skills in all areas of service every day - Progress through the SPRUCE 5-Star Certification Program and work toward becoming a Crew Leader Schedule - Shift start: 7:30AM - Shift length: 8 - 9.5 hours - Days: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays required Requirements - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Can lift 25 lbs Bonus $500 new hire incentive This bonus will be paid out in two separate installments (day 30 and day 90) and is based on meeting company expectations regarding performance and conduct.
