This Evanston Arts Center workshop teaches writing and editing all types of personal announcements, from artist statements to personal narratives for college, graduate school, internship and fellowship applications, and more. We will brainstorm ideas and hooks from your unique life experiences to distill compelling stories that will be your calling card for many deliverables. Learn how to summarize yourself and your creative output into a concise logline or compelling bio for job and grant applications, resumes, press releases, websites, social media bios and any platform where you need to describe yourself and your work.
