We'll ramble around Reflection Riding's nursery and plant sale, where you'll have the opportunity to take home the right plant for the right place, right away! Come discover what trees, shrubs, flowers, vines and native ornamental grasses thrive in our region and learn what criteria to consider to make the best selection for your yarden (that's right, yarden). Native plants require very little maintenance once established in the right conditions, and offer big rewards - like bird habitat, food, medicine, rainwater management, and beauty - for many seasons to come. This walk is open to all ages and skill levels; no experience required. These programs will happen outdoors, so don't forget to dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes and bring along anything else you might need to enjoy time outdoors in this season. In the event of severe weather, programs may have to be cancelled. A minimum of 15 people are required for this event to take place.
