Hello! I’m looking for a rental for a friend of mine in Marysville, Everett, Stanwood, Arlington, or Lake Stevens areas. No more than $1,600 a month. 1 bed 1 bath is fine multiple bed and bath is ok too. Any type of building is fine :apartment, townhouse, condo, house, etc. Washer and dryer in unit preferred but must have hookups at least. Must be willing to have a written lease agreement. No roommates please. It doesn’t have to be pet friendly but my friend has family and friends with well behaved house trained dogs that visit on occasion.
