QUALIFICATIONS: - 3-to 10 Years of Qualified Irrigation Service Experience - Desire to complete all work activities to the highest level of quality - Strong work ethic and relentless pursuit of job completion - Positive attitude and coachable - English and Spanish fluency a plus - Ability to utilize smart phone and related applications to complete job requirements - Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record - Clean Criminal History Record JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Diagnose and troubleshoot residential irrigation systems - Understanding of how to install all components of a residential sprinkler system - Ability to operate hand and power tools of all kinds. - Load and unload materials, dig trenches, make repairs to PVC and Poly pipes, and replace valves, controllers, and a variety of other irrigation repairs. - Compete required digital paperwork and report on a daily basis. - Communication of site conditions to management - Other duties as assigned - We DO NOT PUSH SNOW COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: - Hourly rates range from $25.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on position and experience - Salaried positions available based upon performance - Company provided vehicle and highest quality tools - Company sponsored training courses towards various irrigation certifications - Company provided gear - Paid time off - Holiday Pay - Seasonal 4-day work weeks - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - We work outside in various weather conditions including, but not limited to, heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice performing physical manual labor on a variety of slopes and surfaces. - This is a fast-paced work environment and you must be able to keep up with the physical demands of the daily work. - Position requires moderate physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
