Here are the top three stories in Albuquerque today: The Albuquerque City Council returned to in-person meetings on Monday night. The council has not had in-person meetings for the last two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The community can still sign up to speak at the meetings using Zoom. (KRQE News 13)The Bernalillo County Water Conservation Program has launched two new water conservation incentives to fulfill its five-year plan. The program is launching a rainwater harvesting program and a laundry-to-landscape gray water program. The first program will subsidize the cost of rain barrels; the second program will divert wastewater from your washing machine to your landscape using free kits. (KRQE News 13) New Mexico state police are investigating stabbings on Albuquerque's Rail Runner. The department has arrested Luis Sanchez, 32, after he allegedly stabbed multiple people at the rail station on Montano Road. Sanchez has been charged with three counts of aggravated battery, possession of a firearm, and resisting arrest.
