This is a wine & Cheese Tasting, I need one bartender for this event. Everything for the shift will be dropped off by another staff lead an hour before you arrive. When you enter the leasing office/clubhouse, ask the leasing agent to give you the box with the wines and cheeses. Go to your area and set up your station. Be sure to have your wine tool with you. You are working for SPB Event Services. 3 days before this event takes place, I will contact you and discuss the event and email or text you a chart, showing what cheeses go with what wines. Be professional and take care of the residents. Contact me with any questions: I will be at the event. You must be on time for this event, if you are late, you will be turned away.
