Elegant Watermark Place Condominiums is in search of a substitute part-time Doorperson to assist residents, guest and vendors as needed and maintain the security awareness for the building. The ideal candidate will be able to: Maintain logbookCoordinate unit repairs with ownersDelivery of notices to residentsAbility to discuss pending items with Door Staff you are relievingMaintain a clean lobby This is a part-time Substitute position working when the regular Doorperson is on vacation, emergencies, sick leave, or unexpected time off.
