Local hemp wholesale company seeks rock-star new employee to add to our team! Sweet Bloom is a small but growing hemp wholesale company based in Medford, OR. We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality, organically grown Oregon hemp products to our customers around the country. Then our “Captain of Manufacturing” position might be just what you’re looking for! Your days at work will be infused with the smell of hemp flowers as you produce, inspect and package up premium wholesale hemp products for our customers! Responsibilities Include: Infusing hemp flowers with oil Running preroll-making machine Filling cartridges with hemp oil Quality control for all products Packaging products for sale Keeping inventory stocked Updating inventory as needed Shipping orders as needed Communicate regularly with management regarding status of current projects Identify opportunities for improvement in production procedures as needed Desired Background and Experience: 1+ year experience with processing/manufacturing in hemp or cannabis preferred Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and with a team Ability to handle production equipment with steady eyes and hands Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with an eye for quality Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Experience using Mac or Google products is a big plus! Employment Requirements: High school graduation/GED Valid Driver's License required Clean background check Ability to lift and carry 30+lbs Ability to climb up and down stairs Must be age 18 or older to apply Basic computer skills are required This is currently a part-time position (25 hours/week) with plans to expand to full-time in the near future. Current schedule for this job is Monday-Friday 12-5pm. If hired, your focus will be on managing the production and packaging side of the business, but you’ll also be cross-trained on the fulfillment tasks, and will help in fulfillment manager as needed.
