CONCORD, NH — McKenna Rae Marshall, 27, of Concord was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on March 15, 2022, on three bench warrants and a resisting arrest or detention charge. She was arrested after an incident at the Common Man Restaurant on Water Street. Marshall failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court at the arraignment of felony drug and criminal trespass charges out of Concord from January and failed to appear at a dispositional conference on a felony theft charge out of Concord from August 2021. Jessica Ann Martin, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 5:05 a.m. on March 14 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Thompson Street. Brandon R. Huff, born 1979, of Wilmot was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on March 13 on a warrant after an incident on South Fruit Street. Himal Darjee, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on March 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 161 Loudon Road. Kevin M. Seaver, 58, of Concord was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on March 11 on possession of a controlled drug, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at Petco on Fort Eddy Road. Calvin Emrys Butler, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on March 10 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on 557 N. State St. Theresa H. Kenyon, 57, of Concord was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on March 9 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street. Dylan J. Bill, 23, of Concord was arrested on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street at 3:40 a.m. on March 9. Kailynn Hope Howden, born 2001, of Loudon was cited at 6:23 p.m. on March 7 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Rodney D. Gerace, born 1967, of Leominster, Massachusetts, received a summons at 9:17 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Water Street.
