CROYDON, PA — A Croydon man has been arrested for the third time for his ongoing harassment and terrorizing of a family in his area, this time after he allegedly shot at the family's home. Tyler Perkins, 20, was taken into custody on Friday afternoon after being charged with felony counts of carrying a gun without a license, discharging a weapon into a home, two counts of terroristic threats, two counts of reckless endangerment, and two counts of assault. According to police, Perkins, who has had past incidents with various members of this family, had driven by their home on the 2000 block of Colonial Drive and allegedly aimed a gun at a family member. He later fired two shots in the direction of the victims, which struck the house, where the family's six-month-old was residing. One of the family's vehicles was also struck during the alleged incident. In a written statement, one of the victims identified Perkins as the one who shot at the house. Being under the age of 21, Perkins cannot legally own a gun in the state of Pennsylvania. He also lacked a permit to carry a firearm. According to court documents, Perkins has been arrested for other altercations with this family. Back in late October, Perkins got into a fistfight with a juvenile member of the family, causing an unspecified injury. Perkins was later charged with simple assault and harassment. Perkins remains in Bucks County Correctional Facility, as he is unable to post his bail, which was set at 10% of $50,000, according to court documents.
