EDINA, MN — Edina is using some of its federal coronavirus-relief funding to help connect thousands of residents to high-speed internet. More than 100 residents are already receiving service through Comcast's Internet Essentials program, with the city set to spend up to $500,000 of its funding from the American Rescue Plan Act. That money could support high-speed internet access for up to 2,100 households until the end of 2022, officials said.
