BeachLife Festival Announces First Acts For 2020 Event

REDONDO BEACH, CA — The BeachLife Festivalwill return to the South Bay next spring with exciting new acts. Part of the lineup for the May 1-3, 2020 festival was just revealed, and it includes Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real and G. Love & Special Sauce. BeachLife also announced a new "SpeakEasy" stage curated by Pennywise frontman Jim Lindberg. The SpeakEasy stage will integrate South Bay's punk culture into the festival by featuring acoustic performances from trailblazers in the scene, including Lindberg himself. The BeachLife Festival debuted this summer with music, visual art and culinary delicacies from regional chefs. Since then, BeachLife has continued to contribute to the South Bay community with activities and financial support, including a December toy drive and the BeachLife Backyard Games, which runs now through April 2020, to inspire locals to get outside. The rest of the BeachLife music and chef lineup will be unveiled in 2020. Passes are on sale now on the BeachLife website. Anyone that orders festival passes from Black Friday to Cyber Monday, will get a BeachLife Gift Pack with purchase. BeachLife will also send purchasers a custom holiday envelope with a gift card to present as a gift, and recipients can exchange the gift card at the BeachLife merch booth during the festival. This offer is valid until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 2. A percentage of ticket sales will be donated to several charities including Surfrider Foundation, Heal the Bay, Life Rolls On, Redondo Beach Police Foundation, Redondo Beach Education Foundation and Walk With Sally.
